Build a career that makes an impact
Ithala Development Finance Corporation (IDFC) exists to promote and facilitate social and economic development across KwaZulu-Natal. Our work is delivered through two core business units — Business Finance, which funds SMMEs and larger enterprises at every stage of growth, and the Properties Department, which manages our commercial and industrial property portfolio across the province — supported by teams in Legal Services, Group Risk, and Compliance.
Whether your strengths lie in structuring finance deals, managing a property portfolio, assessing risk, or supporting clients through every step of their journey with us, there’s a place at IDFC to grow your skills while contributing to the economic development of KwaZulu-Natal.
Why work with us
